Shipping ::

Shipping method is typically via United Parcel Service or FedEx (ground) "FOB" our facility. If you require expedited shipping (Next-Day or 2nd. Day) please indicate your shipping requirements in the appropriate location on our order form. It is our intent to expedite all orders within a 2-3 day window plus shipping time, due to the nature of our merchandise (custom engraving) schedules may slip, at all times the customer will be kept informed on any backlogged orders if our standard schedule will not be met.

We can ship worldwide, please contact us via email for global shipping and handling charges. If you have special requests please enter this information in the comments box. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

* FREE SHIPPING promotion is for ground service only for the lower 48 U.S.A., any additional items added to your order that are not subject to the free shipping promotion will calculate additional shipping charges. Please email us if you require expedited shipping (i.e. Next Day, 2nd. Day, or Priority) or International shipping on any item subject to the free shipping promotion, a separate charge will be accessed on your purchase for the expedited shipping service selected. Shipping charges will be accessed on all returns.

Damages or Loss ::

All merchandise is packaged with the utmost care to insure that all is received in excellent condition. Note: For all shipments via United Parcel Service, United States Postal Service or other service carrier any damage or missing packages encountered a claim should be filed immediately with said carrier for compensation. All merchandise shipped out of our facility leave intact and damage free, therefore all damages or shortages will be to the account of the shipping service carrier.

Returns ::

Merchandise returns are welcome within a 14 day time period from the date of shipment. Refunds will be issued less all shipping, handling, 20% restocking fee and insurance charges. All sale items and/or returns processed after the 14 day time period will be issued website credit only.

All of your personal and/or corporate information received to process all order will be held with strict confidentiality. No information will be disseminated or sold to third party agencies for unauthorized use.
